The Freud FE282CEK professional planer mounts a 900 Watt motor that allows you to perform any type of work in a comfortable and practical way. The electronic CE module guarantees a constant speed during planing.

It is equipped with reversible carbide blades that allow you to double use each set of blades, in case you need to use freshly sharpened blades you can change their position. The drum has a larger diameter and is perfectly balanced to exploit the rotation speed and give more energy to the cutting of the wood; in this way the operator will enjoy greater comfort and reduce vibrations. The sole of the planer is made of injected aluminium, reducing its weight and facilitating its handling, also bringing greater balance between weight and power. It also has a V-groove for making bevels. The planer also has the function of soft start which is used to avoid the annoying sudden jolts during the start; and the rest stop for when the tool is not in use, preventing the machine blades from touching the ground.
